Woohoo! Another booking from your client, and she has been coming back month after month on the clock!
That's every stylist drema right? A returning client base they can count on, KNOWING they will be back in your chair without a doubt!
Here's some things I have learned along the way on how I keep my own returning client base!
At Studio She we are VERY service focused. Offering hair extensions is a luxury service, so their experience should be a luxury one as well! Knowing the exact strategy to truly serve their specific needs will make them feel seen, and also know that you care about them them on a personal level!
Most of the time, the clients coming in your chair wanting hair extensions are normally busy day to day people. Efficiency is key to making the client happy and keeping them on track throughout their busy day! Of course when you are starting out, things are going to be a little slow and that's okay as long as your client is prepared!
On the topic of efficiency we need talk about systems you have set in place. Having systems that you can easily move your clientele through where they feel taken care of along each step is going to make them feel excited about their investment with you!
